B12 Patch

Vita Sciences was the first to research, develop, and patent the B12 Patch. The Vitamin B12 Patch has superior absorption using patented biotechnology. Our patch is the most trusted original B-12 Patch on the market and is the only one developed by a team of leading scientists in their field. From time to time other products may come along and purport to have similar benefits, however this technology is complex, and these other products should not be relied upon.

Both the original B12 Patch and the Methyl B12 Patch are highly effective. The original B12 Patch incorporates the 'standard' Vitamin B12 molecule, cyanocobalamin (CNCo) which has been used in injection form by physicians to treat Vitamin B12 deficiency. There are other forms of Vitamin B12 that have more recently become the focus of scientific study to determine their effectiveness in possibly replacing cyanocobalamin. In order to offer an alternative to those who feel more comfortable using methylcobalamin, Vita Sciences developed the Methyl B12 Patch. This patch uses an alternative form of B12, methylcobalamin (MeCo). There is no present clinical data that we are aware of that demonstrates Methylcobalamin is better than Cyanocobalamin. We offer our Methyl B12 Patch as an option for customers to consider.

Apply a new B12 Patch to a clean and dry area of the skin behind the ear lobe on the neck or on the inner part of your wrist. Firmly press adhesive side to skin and leave the patch in place for up to 24 hours. The recommended use is one patch (patch contains 1000 mcg) per week.  A month supply contains 4 patches. One patch is approximately the size of a dime.

Do not apply to damaged (wound, abrasion, sores, or rash) or sensitive skin. Only use one patch at a time. If pregnant or nursing, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

If you experience difficulty with adhesion (based on skin type etc.) you may use a band-aid or medical tape over the patch.
